February 27, 2008 – A Tampa man is suing the foundation, saying his daughter never had his permission to sell his pieces of wall. Foreclosed shop owner files for re-hearing – The Ledger 

December 20, 2000 – An attorney for Melvin Stewart, who runs a truck repair shop on property foreclosed by the city, filed a motion for a re-hearing, according to City Attorney Chuck Galloway.
